Ben is a dynamic attorney specializing in intellectual property, business law services, and litigation. He brings a strong background in e-discovery defense litigation, where he managed complex electronic discovery processes for major pharmaceutical clients.
During his legal fellowship at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, Ben provided crucial legal support to independent creators and arts organizations. His work included preparing cases for trial and handling disputes related to breach of contract, trademark and copyright infringement.
While earning his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, Ben was the lead intellectual property intern for the A-CAPP Center, safeguarding the university's trademarks in the e-commerce sector. He also organized and moderated panels with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents for their annual Brand Protection Strategy Summit.
